Sales and Refund Policy

Please take your time to get familiar with EUROICC Sales and Refund policy. It will help you to understand your rights as a buyer, and how to get a refund or return the purchased items for repair or replacement.


In order to avoid any complications, please do not return product before contacting our support via email: We will make sure to help you initiate the return procedure in a correct way, and get a replacement product or a partial/full refund of the product price. Without prior correspondence with our support team, EUROICC will not accept any returns and will not be obliged to provide you with a replacement product or refund, including any expenses that customers faced in the meantime.

Products should be returned with the original receipt and original packaging within 15 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or non-working product you may issue a replacement request which you can initiate by sending an e-mail to

EUROICC reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the EUROICC Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Shipping and Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond EUROICC’s control once it leaves our facilities, EUROICC cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, do everything in our power to ensure the precise delivery.

Product Availability and Limitations

EUROICC reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when EUROICC confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, EUROICC will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
