CPU02-A04

Central processing module CPU02 executes user's PLC program, manages I/O modules in its configuration and performs communication with uplink systems. Front side of the module contains serial communication connector, meant for communication with PC work station or another CPU module, rotational switch for PLC network address configuration, LEDs that indicate correct module operation, communication status and mode of operation, and connector for external power supply. An ordinary PC, with accompanying software, is used as the programming/debug tool. Programming is performed in LD language, built in accordance with the IEC 1131-3 standard. Additional programming can be done in assembler or C and inserted in LD code as functional block.Processor module can communicate with up to 4 I/O modules (I/O modules are powered from CPU02 module).After power up CPU performs cold reset, and after switching from idle to run state only warm reset is performed.
